Return and Refund on all Items Excluding Teton Guitars and Merchandise
To return any merchandise, email us first at SPG@redemsong.org with your sale receipt and explanation for return then wait to receive a response and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us.
There is a 10-15% restocking fee except when merchandise was not received damaged or defective. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns that are not damage related. If sale is cancelled before shipping begins there is no charge to the customer for cancelling the sale.
If an ordered item is currently on back order or out of stock we will refund your contact you to inform and refund the sale.
Warranty: Please read your item warranty terms, which will be included with your merchandise when delivered.
Delivery time varies but when in stock, delivery date will normally occur within a week from ordering.
Return and Refund on Teton Guitars
If box or instrument is damaged when the carrier arrives, do not accept if possible. If not, damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of deliver. Email us with your receipt at: SPG@redemsong.org for further instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Customers can return properly packaged instruments within 60 days. An RMA is must first be issued authorizing the return by emailing us with your receipt as stated above. There is a 15% restocking fee except when merchandise was not received damaged or defective.
