Opportunity. Its when an option to create, build or elevate arises. To take advantage of it, the possibility for it to has to first exist and when it presents itself, one must be able to identify it.

The thing is that opportunities are extremely tied to socio-economic circumstances with many layers to its creative formula. Layers incorporated in and ranging from government budget allocation to the neighborhood one lives. There is no such thing as networking in hard life when one is head high deep in survival mode.
The irony to this is that people in low socio-economic circumstances don’t really need to understand what opportunity is since it so highly unlikely to show up in their world. They have never been in the company of opportunity and chances are they wouldn’t even recognize it if it were right in front of them because poverty culture does not include circumstances or incidents of opportunity.
There are few though, that although their life may present many economic challenges, they just might get one opportunity in life and understood somehow that it was indeed just that and jump at it.
Those are the few that have the stories that inspire us to believe in the unfeasible. It does not have to be a story classified by the slim parameters ascribed to “successful”.
It can be a story of one who has accomplished something as simple as seizing an opportunity that resulted in providing dinner and a roof for their family and watching their faces as they enjoy a family meal together.
opportunity creates wealth and wealth is actually subjective.
