December 2020
The beginning of this month marks the introduction of the first Covid 19 vaccine to the public. The Pzieffer vaccine, reported at 95% effective, is the first and others are expected to soon get Emergency Authorization Use (EAU) from the FDA.

There are so many issues surrounding Covid 19 vaccinations. There is the “anti-vaccers”. Then there is general public mistrust, especially with people of color who have a history of vicious medical experimental afflictions but they are not the only ones who do not trust the vaccine. Americans overall, are becoming more and more non trusting of the government.
In addition, fear of the unknown factors surrounding Covid vaccines, such as long term effects and risk for some people with certain pre-existing conditions, looms in the air.
Say for a moment that the vaccines are proven to be relatively safe and effective, will disadvantaged communities and people without wealth and resources get fair distribution?
There are many dynamics to the issue of Covid 19 vaccines. Each with its own set of obstacles and point of view about a vaccine that is proposed as the answer to curbing and eventually eliminating this horrible plague.
Wouldn’t it be nice if 2021 takes us to a place where we are no longer focused on Covid 19? Are these vaccines the ticket?
